My job is to set direction, clear the blockers and raise the bar. I bring research, data and AI-driven workflows into how teams work, so they move fast, validate ideas with real users and connect great design to business outcomes.
My MBA in Digital Transformation and Innovation at Goethe University (expected 2027) has sharpened how I lead change: setting OKRs with product and engineering, running agile teams, and telling the story that gets a roadmap funded.
