We conducted a Product and Design-led workshop aimed at unifying the Senior Leadership Team’s understanding of the current Jobcase user experience by comprehensively mapping out the entire member journey. This process included identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement, as well as outlining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure our success. The strategic framework and KPIs developed during the workshop were then communicated to the wider team, providing a robust guide for future enhancements and initiatives.
